In my teaching, I aim to show my students how philosophical and ethical reasoning is democratic: these valuable activities are not restricted to those with a certain temperament, intellect, or social background. To achieve this aim, I build courses that draw students with diverse perspectives into philosophical and ethical reflection and build their core competencies in critical thought, discussion, and written communication.
